I am trying to use a guide to convert my m2ts into mkv and shrink it, but when using rip bot i get this error message?

have a problem, when I add a .m2ts file to ripbot264 it gives me an error.

Like this: DirectShowSource: Couldn't open C:\temp\RipBot264temp\job1\video.mkv:
The selected folder/file was not found
(C:\temp\RipBot264temp\job1\getinfo.avs, line 2)

I do use vista if that makes any differance.
