I've heard a couple of different opinions on this. I just burnt COD3 last night at 4x and when it was doing cut scenes and such, it would skip quite a bit. I'm going to re-burn it at about 2x and see if that helps. But I've noticed that burning at the lowest speed will return the best results. Also depends on what kind of media you're using also.
