my antivirus (avira) detected a malware as follows:

Virus or unwanted program 'HEUR/HTML.Malware [heuristic]'
detected in file 'C:\Users\rob and claire\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\Content.IE5\P7JMW631\lib[1].js_bundle.
Action performed: Deny access

what i did i denied access and deleted the temporary internet files and did a full scan nothing came up though?

do i need to worry about this or is it deleted?
