Help with locked mini SD card on N73

My SD mini 2 GB card is locked, I never set a password so I can't unlock it. I have tried to install Fexplorer on my N73, but the phone rejects it. I installed X-plore but I can't find the system folder (I can't access the card at all)
Please help this newbie!
