recently about 2 days back my mate advised me to jail breaak my itouch telling me that i could play a range of applications on it without paying a penny as he did it previously with his iphone 2g.

so i started the process using qwkpwn and successfully completed each step, however on the very last stage after the itouch has been rebooted the 2 icons 'cydia' and 'installer' are suppose to appear on the itouch screen once the itouch has loaded however they dont.

any help would be appreciated because ive tried the process 3 times and had the same outcome!
