Why won't the movie play after I used Clone DVD 2.0?

I used Clone DVD 2.0 by clonedvd.net, not Elaborate bytes. There is no error and it says the movie burned successfully. When I put it in the DVD player, it will not play it, and my computer cannot even read it. What is wrong? Are there any guides to it because I cannot find any. I am 100% sure I used the program correctly. Thanks for the help.
