dumpvid/aacskeys doesn't display results

When I click on dumpvid or aacskeys a black screen pops open for about a second then disappears. There is not way to look at the information. Am I doing something wrong?

Also, when I search for the BDMV\STREAM\000xx.m2ts folder with blue-ray disc ripper or hd decrypter it doesn't give me the option to open the Stream folder. It acts like I should save the file instead of read it. If I try to do the whole disc it doesn't even recognize the disc. I do I select the file?

My system is Vista ultimate with a LG GBC-H20L drive. The drive has the latest firmware. The strange part is I can watch any blueray movie fine.
