yes, another azureus DLing slow problem.

i have azureus version 2.4.0.2. i get DLs no faster than 20 kb/s and average around 10 kb/s or even less.

i followed steps exactly on www.portforwarding.com to forward my port that matches the port i specified on azureus.

i have green faces (health) on my DLs.

i used good settings from the azureus wiki website w/ an upload speed of around 256 kb/s.

i set my windows firewall so that my specific port i specified is open for azureus.

i am using a port # from 50000-60000.

i am not force starting.

i am not using bad torrents because when i check the swarm average speed, they are usually 30 kb/s faster than my DLs.

i have a DSL connection.

nothing works!!! what else can it be? i have searched and read many forums trying to find a solution to my problem. i even checked if it was the isp (at&t) and it isnt on the bad list of isp's. can anyone help please?
