Cannot get rid of Trojans-pop up advertisements

I need help to get rid of these popups. I don't even get online yet they still come up. I don't know what else to do. I followed the steps in safemode to clean the registry but it showed no infected files. Please Help! Thanks.

Try getting and using the following tools :

VirtumundoBeGone
VundoFix
FIXVUNDO
Malwarebytes antimalware

Sounds you like have the same nasty trojan I was battling earlier today.
