Hi. A friend of mine in the US sent me an ebook reader but I was told I need a voltage converter to charge it. Dick Smith was selling something for a crazy price of $100. Just wondering if anyone knows what type of voltage converter I would need for this and where I could get one? Here are the specs for the device.

-- Input: 120v AC @ 60Hz
-- Output: 12v DC @ 1000mA
-- Plug: negative around outside; positive at center/core


It needs 120V input -- so, you will need a voltage converter.
