Is it possible that the RAM could overheat if I put anymore in (say there was 2 1GB's in there, but I put another one and...) too much?

I want to also put a video card in. Could I put a separate one? How would I know it's not going to overheat? What ones should I be looking at? What do I have to know about power consumption?

Expansion slots
1 PCI (1 free) and 2 PCI-Express 1x (2 free)
Video adapter, bus
1 PCI-Express 16x (free)
