i have a bluray iso that i want to mount and play since i dont have a bluray player and my pc cant handle 1080p playback so can i make it playback in 720p because i know my pc can play that.

also, is this a good deal?:

i really havent ever bought an lcd and am not familiar with what a good inches to price ratio would be: 500 for 37"??
