Best custom ripping program?

What is the best program for custom ripping?

I like to click and chooseonly certain files to rip.

I have DVD FAB but have run into a snag.

Well, the set I am ripping now gets split into 2. Disk 1 is the main shows, disk 2 is the bonus stuff.

Disk 1 goes smooth but with disk 2, when I deselct the main chapter, it still shows up in the file size at the bottom, making the entire disk about 7 gb. I uncheck the main chapter but it still shows up in the size (next to the DVD9/DVD5 selection.
