Converting Action Replay MAX codes to Codebreaker format

Hi guys. I found some codes for Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks for the PS2, but they are in AR MAX format. I've got a Codebreaker 8.2.

What would I need to do to convert these codes? They sound like a lot of fun, and it would help get me back into this game...
