no, your S-Video port is a video out. All you need is an S-Video cable to connect them together. S-Video is not video-in on anything other than a TV card.

thanks for reply sammorris, i had tried use s-video cable plug into both tv and pc, it didn't work, as i mention before, the s-video in my pc is for input only, also audio R + L, tv antenna, fm antenna, they are all in same "socket" that has labeled input from manufacture.

right, so it is a TV card. I was assuming it was an S-Video port on the graphics card. Your best bet is probably to get a physical graphics card rather than use onboard graphics.

Anything cheap will do, like an HD3450, assuming you have a PCI express 16x slot on your motherboard.

Looked it up, the m7060n doesn't have PCI express or AGP, so your only option is an outdated PCI card - it'll do, but they're not cheap.
I'd recommend something like a PCI Radeon 9250.

What you said doesn't make any sense, and no, ATI cards are generally better than nvidia in terms of image quality, though there's not a lot in it.
