This spyware won't let me to go kapersky's website to run their scanner
I also can't install hijackthis v2, but 1.99.1 worked
Main symptom is super slow internet and computer and a "Windows Security Center" message (which looks fake) popping up every 10 minutes or so saying I've been infected with Spyware.iSpyware and it can read keystrokes and take screenshots and steal information, and wants me to click "Enable Protection" which sends me to a webpage to purchace some spyware remover.

So I installed the malwarebytes program, but I had to download it from download.com because this spyware won't let me navigate to any of the sites like malwarebytes.org or kapersky's website or even adaware's website. It hung up at the end of installation and then would run after restart... it wouldn't uninstall either. I finally killed some processes and it uninstalled but I can't get it to install at all now.
I think I'm just going to give up. I'm out of school after tomorrow and I can just save all my stuff to my external drive and reformat. I guess it's about time for a good cleaning anyway. Thanks for your help.
