Console Media Patcher 1.1

I am trying to use Console Media Patcher 1.1 but when I try to run the exe file an error message comes up saying that Windows can not access the file or path. You may not have permission to access the file. What can I do so that I can use this program?

Not sure, do you have administrative rights to files etc.

I am assuming your using Windows XP

I am using Vista, I try to say run as administrator but it still says the same thing.

Do you have an antivirus program that is blocking access to the file

My Outpost will sometimes do that to some files and I have to allow access.

Are you just wanting to convert a CD to DVD. You could try using DVD Scan 3.7

I just tried Console Media Patcher 1.1 in my laptop running Vista and it started right up.
