Hi guys im kinda new here i need some help,

i recently bought a nintendo ds lite but i dunt want to buy games so i was told to but either an M3 or edge and i can just put the ROMS on there and play games like that. but i need help i dunt now which one to buy? i have windows xp at home not vista so which one would be better for me. and help on how can i put the roms on the stick????
