I've searched for a while on various forums to no avail, so here goes. I'm trying to take a 25fps PALDTS and remove the PAL speedup via eac3to.exe, then convert the PAL video stream to 23.975 and remux. I have the Arcsoft decoders (TotalMedia installed) and the surcodedvd.exe installed as well. Both of those codecs are in my PATH variable, and I also tried to just copy their files to the eac3to DIR and no matter what I attempt via eac3to.exe, I get this same error scenario:

The ArcSoft and Sonic decoders don't seem to work, will use libav instead.

Any ideas as to why this is happening? I reinstalled Arcsoft TM and it's working fine. And I can't figure out what the deal is with surcodedvd.exe!
