I have an Intel Pentium 4 531 that windows sees as a dual core, has anyone else seen this?

But yah, it's OC'd a bit .75Ghz to be exact.

your windows from what you have posted only shows single core not dual core. look at this link about your cpu.

I will take another one to show that it will allow me to set the process affinity, windows appears to be reporting this processor as a dual-core.

it's because of hyper-threading. like cpu-z displays, one core, but TWO threads.
