This it, just replace with your client: http://portforward.com/english/routers/p...Seeker_Host.htm Use a port over 10,000 and if utorrent, uncheck randomise port and UPnP (any client) at options>preferences>connection.

Never heard of Dream Seeker either, probably a game. Just substitute what ever client you're using for it if that's your router.

Try connecting directly to your modem to see if that help's, some have firewall's and need forwarding or could be your ISP blocking you: http://www.azureuswiki.com/index.php/Bad_ISPs

Check here for your modem: http://www.portforward.com/english/route...routerindex.htm and post your ISP, maybe someone will know if it block's. Make your client an exception in any firewall including Window's.
