Internet & Windows Explorer Errors - Crash

My Windows Explorer & Internet Explorer get errors & close every few minutes. I saw in another forum that the information below may be helpful to diagnose the problem. I used the HijackThis program & this is the information that was in the log file.

Fix entries using HiJackThis

Launch HiJackThis
Click the Do a system scan only button
Put a check next to the entries listed below (if they still remain)

O1 - Hosts: 68.44.244.240 idenupdate.motorola.com

O2 - BHO: Browser Helper Object - {AFD4AD01-58C1-47DB-A404-FBE00A6C5486} - C:\Program Files\Common\_helper.dll

IMPORTANT: Do NOT click fix until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now
Click the Fix checked button and close HiJackThis

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
? At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
? If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
? Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
? When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
? Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. <-- Don't forget this.
? When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be found here: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt

? Please post the MBAM Log and a fresh HJT log in your next reply.
