Hello Friends, Can somebody help please?
I have the drive (SONY DVD RW DW-D56A) in my Sony Laptop. Firmware version : PFS2. I beleive this is been unbranded now. My drive does not seem to be working at all. The drivers seem to be working properly.
I cannot ready any discs in the drive. I have hardly used the drive and I have cleaned the lens and tried but no luck.

Can anybody point me in the right direction or post any links where this issue has been discussed before?
Kindly let me know if you need more info
