A friend gave me a bunch of Flintstones cartoons , each icon has a picture of the cartoon on each avi icon.

I use ImToo DVD Ripper Platinum to rip my IFO and DVDs to Avi.
Some how when I converted "Trinity is still my name" I have the first frame of the movie in the icon.
I did nothing differant with all my other avi files, but no picture in the icons.
all my icons are black with a white frame
