dreambox dm500-c flashing problems

hi i have the dreambox dm500-c and ive flashed it with the files in eamous and my box dont work so i reflashed the image file from the main website to get it working again ive tryed to just flash the nagrarom7 file and it just kills box not able to turn on or off until i flash main image again im using dream-up to flash what am i doing wrong is there an image file for it to work on V.M. ex T.w.
