I am trying to create a bootable disk to zero fill my hd using Nero 7 premium this is the file I download:

When I create the disk and restart my computer the program says it cannot find the license agreement and wont work, is there something I'm doing wrong? This is what I do:
Double click on desktop Nero icon...Nero comes up, I go to data>bootable cd, and bootable disk creator or the new compilation thing comes up. I click on open at the bottom, and put in the file I downloaded, and then burn. It makes the disk just fine, but for some reason leaves out the license agreement. I would really like to zero fill my hd using Western Digital's program since it's their hd.
BTW, I have repeated this process 3 times...
