I ran a scan with Spybot S&D. The programs listed as trojans, but cannot be removed are as follows.

I do not know anything about editing or deleting things from the registry. Is there a program out there that can explain what all the registry items are, and what they do?

Also, would there be a similar program for the running processes that are listed in the task manger? showing what they are, and what they do?

I ask because, prior to catching these trojans/viruses, I have always had alot of process running, (even when I only have the computer turned on and there are only a few programs running in the little window at the bottom right, task bar?)

Same with the start up. Right now, I have normal startup engaged because when reading about using Highjackthis, someone had said it was best to have normal startup selected, so everything could be scanned.

If you do in fact have Virtumonde, you will need to use the removal program specifically to remove Virtumonde.
