I have a Kyocera Wildcard with Virgin Mobile. I've forgotten my lock code so I'm trying to reset the phone. I've called both Virgin Mobile and Kyocera they both gave me the run around saying to call the other because they didn't know what to do.

However, I got to a service menu that has reset lock as an option. Its asking for a security code, 6 digits. I have no clue what this number is, does anyone have a clue? I would greatly appreciate it.



Oh and I've tried everything... the zeros,.... everythinggg lol
