Samsung BD1500 Playback Problems AVCHD

I have used tsMuxer and ImgBurn to create avchd discs. They work fine on my standalone player except that during playback i get random blackscreens for a few seconds. It seems to happen to about 80% of the discs i make and only seems to happen within the first 10mins. I have tryed using nero to burn and different burn speeds but nothing seems to fix it. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
