Hi
Big problems with the message 'windows cannot access the specified device, path or file, you may not have apprpiate permission to access the item'
Have read alot on this about ie settings and looking into regit or zonealarm but i cannot access any of these, my computer is one of the very few which will open

running xp sp2

any help please
