hi


the problem been that al the channels are scrambled. when you try and access one of the channels it just goes in a loop saving data ,trys to open channel then saving data again

only channel that can be viewed is RTE 1

I have scanned all channels entered the cas system menu to unscramble the channels

box details are as follows:

serial no: 7L000753

API Ver 5.01 e_E
Boot Ver: 7.0

any ideas to solve the problem do i need new firmware and if so where do i get the latest software
