Stable Burning Speed Problem

Hi i dont have a dvd-w.i am burning my game backups on my friends' computer. i realized that burning speed of some dvd-w are stable while burning progress but some of them are changing while burning.when i choose 4x speed it burns between 3x-7x.and these backups runs slowly(long loading time,sound stops).how can i stable burning speed while burning?
