Well I have dual audio shows on my computer and I want to burn it off onto a DVD, but when I burn it on a DVD I only get the Japanese part of it and not English. The shows are .ogm if that helps.

I'm not clear if you are merely saving the .ogm file to a disk or converting it to DVD format, but you can drag/open an .ogm file in Avidemux, select the desired audio track and save the new file.
It should be saved with the full name (including the extension) e.g. newfile.ogm - note the settings on the left side menu to ensure that the new file is not recoded.

Thanks for your help!
Also one more question I figured out this program can edit videos like cropping it. I cropped the beginning of the show and saved it and the first one worked fine, but it wont work on the others it gives me a fatal error, when I try to save it when it is uncropped it works properly. Anything I'm doing wrong?

I don't have much experience with .ogm files - but I have seen where I can only do one procedure, else it gives errors.
Example, removing one audio track and saving the new file, then opening the new file and using a filter.

There is a forum at Doom9 for Avidemux, you can probably get more expert help there.
