How to work: R4 DS SDHC + EZ Flash 3 in 1?

I just bought an EZ Flash 3 in 1 to use with my R4DS SDHC. I tried using the same software advised for the R4 [3in1_ExpPack_Tool.nds, NDStation v.1.1], but I get a blank white screen when I try to load it. I suspect the EZ Flash 3 in 1 isn't being recognized.

Does anyone know how to get the EZ Flash 3 in 1 to work with the R4DS SDHC? If so, can you please detail the steps and software required?
