Swapmagic cots off bottom os screen?

I am having trouble playing my back up of Need For Speed Underground 2. My PStwo is a SCPH-77001 and is a United States NTSC. I am fairly certain that the game is an NTSC also (At least that is what the download page said). By the way, I bought the game, I am just not very successful ripping DVD's myself.

What happens it that the bottom of the screen is cut off.

I have read elsewhere that there is nothing that I can do, but that was for people who were playing PAL on an NTSC machine. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
