nec DVD+RW ND-2100AD burning dvd problem

Hello,
I have a nec nd-2100ad dvd+rw. When i try to burn a dvd, driver doesn't perceive the dvd disk (verbatim dvd-r)in it. But i achieved to burn another brand DVD before. I thought it is a problem about the current firmware. I tried to search but couldn't find the firmware.
I am giving the features of my driver.
Any help will be great. I have been trying to solve this until 3 weeks.

You could try out this firmware: 2100A to 2500A, Allows burning of -R media. Supplied as a binary. This is the 2500A 1.06 firmware patched to work on a 2100A, and includes RPC1 and Rip Lock patch. 2100 @ 2500 1.06

You could try out this firmware: 1.26
This will probably be your best chance for capatability.
