Give Pinnacle Studio Ultimate v12 a try. Thats what I use for my .m2ts files. I don't have a Blu-ray burner, but it does have the selection for blu-ray under disc type.

Are you going to watch it in the PS3?...what size is the file?...cause if its under 8 gigs you can use a DL dvd and burn as a data disk if you plan on watching it on the ps3. I have done this myself a few times and it works fine.

Did u download the movie from the internet or is this from your own copy of a bluray disk? Cause if you take a bluray disk and remove the extras and the menus etc., you can fit some 1080p movies and burn them to a standard DVD-DL disk...if you take a bluray movie and cut the resolution down from 1080p to 720p you can burn alot of them to a standard DVD-R disk...depends on length of movie etc.

ok...no bluray movie is 10gigs...what i was saying is that you can make a bluray movie file from a BD movie into a size to burn onto a standard dvd-r(4.7gb) or dvdr-DL(8.5gb)disk cause its much cheaper than buying bluray disks...to do this you remove everything but the movie itself but the audio, depending on whats on the disk, would be converted down to standard AC-3 audio, but at 640kbps, not 448kbps and/or DTS at 1.5 and all 5.1 channels would stay...if you want to keep the resolution at 1080p though, that will only fit on a standard DL dvd(8.5gb)...but if you make the movie a 720p file, you can possibly fit it on a standard dvd-r disk.

He probably used tsMuxer...I would also recommend creating a BD structure too...though the ps3 can play m2ts files

ok now i got u
but ur jumping ur options with ur questions with out getting answers
anyway....
here is the deal
if u want 1080p and selectable audio
ur options are:
1)use tsmuxer and in one of the tabs theres split options average movie will 2-4 dvd-dl discs
2)if u want to compress the 1080p u can use bd-rb. this softy can compress 1080pvideo and selectable aduio to various sizes dvd5/dvd9/bd25
3) if u want to CONVERT 1080p to 720p u can use ripbot

that makes sense, i thought people were putting a blu-ray movie on 1 dvd dl disc at 1080p with audio,
and to you earlier responds i am using tsmuxer, which brings me onto a another question if you dont mind.
why is the file size bigger out putting it as a blu-ray disc than it is put putting it as demux? and whats the next step with a demux folder? I have backed up casino royale, by outputting it as demux it is 25.2gb and outputting it as blu-ray disk its 26.6gb how do i go about shrinking it a bit more to fit onto a 25gb disk?
