rd problem with supercard!

Hi i have an r4 ds and it works fine, i then got one for my cousin for xmas with the a 2gb card like mine, i then copied all my games and software onto her memory card put in in her supercard and the ds game up with loading, yet when i put her memory card in my supercard it worked! Do you think i should sent it back or is there anythin i can do

There ar 9 types of R4 all with their own software. Make sure that you have the right firmware on the card see

Do you have an R4DS or a Supercard?

There is a flashcart called "Supercard (DS One)".

Well you probably have an R4 clone, the original (called R4 Revolution) is no longer freely available (some are still around) most of the other 9 or 10 are clones each needing a different software. Look on the box carefully and see if it directs you to a website, if not try the site listed in my signature and start trying them, alternatively see if the ysmenu loader will work (gba temp, DS forums, R4)
