Hi guys! I'm running SP1 on XP Pro. I don't know if I should upgrade to SP3 because of concerns over slow bootup, slow loading of apps, and bloat. I feel like my system is fast, and I think that upgrading to SP3 might slow it down. Are my concerns justified?
