Is there strategy game on psp just like Rome total war or Medieval total war???

Hi, i am into all sorts of games but the main one is strategy and when i say strategy i mean like Rome total war and Medieval total war on the pc. If you have played the game you would know what it is like, is there a game just like that where it ahows the map of the world and you build the army up and move your men around on a 2d map? Then you can fight by automatic or for real as in 3d just like the game Rome Total War?
If there isn't a game like that then i think in my opinion that they should consider making one because they are really fun games to play.
