HP Photosmart C5380 Printing Problems

I cannot use the Custom Positioning button when trying to print directly to CD/DVD, it's not highlighted.

I can only use the other 2 options. I have tried reinstalling the software a couple of times (once without the firewall and anti virus) this was suggested by HP Support.

Not sure what to do now. Any help would be appreciated.
