I am right with you. I've been searching all over for some guidance on Rockband2 for PS2. Doesn't seem to be a ripkit available either. If you hear anything,please let me know.

just rip with image burn patch with toxic dl patch and burn to good media

Is that to burn on a dual layer?...that's not much help for people with swap magic.

Some of us(well,me anyway)need something to get the game on DVD 5.

Hi. I am guessing you mean the Free McBoot 1.8. I like the idea but the notes section states...

"Note: Not all USB Thumb drives/hard drives/storage devices are compatible with the listed software. Also, on SCPH-7500x and newer, Sony has made changes to the USB hardware/software which can cause inoperability of the listed software with the majority if not all of USB storage devices."

I have a 79001 ps2. I'm not sure it will work. Isobusting Rockband2 doesn't work either. It hangs on the loading of a song. Any other options out there?

Hi. Is there any chance someone could "re-go" over this?

I have Free McBoot and I would like to backup Rockband 2.

Steps:
use app like DVDecrypter to burn image on drive.
Then Patch it..(?)
Then burn onto dual layer?

I'm not sure if these are the steps or if it should be different. I appreciate any feedback.
