My girlfriend bought me the entire series for christmas and i like the game but not the english voices so I got the vol 1 undub. I enjoyed it and now I am on to the second game and I'm having difficulties. I went through a couple dvd-r's (16x) and I can't get it to work. I'm using Swap Magic 3.6 (i have tried regular boot and special boot in all 3 settings) and im using DVD decrypter to burn. I'm totally lost. Oh uhh, PS2 is a Slim scph 70011. Any ideas?

i have burned the iso at 4x 8x 16x and 32x
And I've tried it in PAL and NTSC as well as Normal. Or is that not changing the region? D:

Yes that is changing the region. It is usually set at the what the region of your PS2 is. So yours is NTSC

Well you have tried all kinds of different burn speeds.

What brand of disc are you using?

Well, I was talking to a friend and he was saying it could be the brand. I have tried it on shitty 16x staples DVD's and I have tried it on ????Brand dvd's that I THINK are 8x. Is nexxtech any good? A place in the mall by my house is selling 52x cheap.

It is the media ID that counts.

I have a V14 PS2 and Sony DVD-R work really great for me

I have used Verbatim and fuji-film also.

once I started using verbatim dvd-r's all my problems melted away :D also I haven't had a coaster from them yet. Also I don't burn any dvds over 4x which only takes me like 11 to 15 minutes to copy something.
