Missing Audio in MPEG file Converted from .TiVo

I converted a couple of .TiVo files using the DirectShow Filter Dump utility (DSD.exe) from http://prish.com/etivo/tbr.htm; all went well, till I played it on WMP. No audio.

Any suggestions, anybody?
