I've got a problem thats been stumping me for a while now, and maybe someone on here can put an end to my plight.

I'm trying to sync files on my server to my site, the only problem is the site folders are located on an FTP. I've played around with the sync features on windows xp pro, and i've gotten it to do everything but what I wanted lol.

What i'm trying to get it to do is have a root folder on my server, where I store all the files for the website, and when I update or delete files on my server, it will update automatically on my ftp.


so basically:

Root Folder (server) <sync> FTP (Site)

any/all help is appreciated.
