OK , recently my mother board died(actually i juts REALLY messed it up beyond my repair of it) so i ordered a new one (mobo and hard drive set) and it turns out i have an xbox ver. 1.0 and the mobo i ordered is 1.6, will my power supply unit and DVD drive work with this new mobo ? or am i skrewed

dvd drive will fit, but the power supply will not. v1.0 uses another connector type than a v1.6 (uses an atx type connectore). you will need a v1.6 powersupply to!!!!

thanks, *sigh* i guess im gonna have to wait longer, i just ordered a 1.6 psu and i hope it all fits in the case right and works ;)
