Hello - I think I have a problem with explorer.exe but not 100% sure. Evrything seems fine until connecting to internet and then computer bogs down.

I've ran SpyBot, Malware, etc. But can seem to fix. Below is the current HiJack This results. If someone would be so kind to review for any issues I would be obliged.
