PS2 flip-top mod, PS1 games?

OK...All I want to do is be able to play my Japanese PS1 games. I have a phat flip-top PS2. What do I need to do to play PS1 games? I don't care if it involves swapping disks or buying a modded PS1 if it's easier.

I'd rather do the cheapest way, obviously but it doesn't matter.

Is it worth just buying a modded PS1 with 5 controllers and a bunch of games for $75 shipped?

PSX Backups On PS2!

It's easy,
#1- Buy Gameshark LITE.
#2- Boot it up.
#3- Load game with or without codes.
#4- SWAP! for the backup.

That's it.

Gameshark Lite stops spinning,
so you can easily swap.

It does work,
tested it myself!
If you're cheap like me, no worries,
it goes for only $5 on ebay, even with shipping!
small price to pay for psx backups =D
