Hi

I have recently installed Vista 64 SP1 and i am having an issues with very slow file transfer speeds.

It happens when I am transfering files form one Sata drive to another and to an IDE drive 9plugged into sata port), deleting files also. 5 minutes to transfer 6 mb is not acceptable really, and with transfer speeds as low as 14Kb/sec i would rather watch paint dry.

has anyone else come across this issue and have you found anything that has releived the problem.
