Lost my Security code Nokia 6021

I am a div, some how i have changed the security code to something else or my brother has and now i cannot put my sim back in :(

The phone was provided by Telefonica Movistar

I have tried 12345 00000 and all the codes i can think of but no luck

Can anyone help please?
